My Story
I believe in the power of quality in-person training that builds confidence and connections. Based in the community and committed for the long term, I aim to engage with the people I train to develop supportive and thriving workplaces.
Cormack Mental Health is committed to a thriving Highlands. We strive to create supportive workplaces that address mental health challenges with confidence.
By fostering support, we enhance employee well-being and positively impact the community. Together, we nurture resilience, awareness, and open dialogue, ensuring everyone feels valued in their professional journeys.

About Me
I am a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Primary School teacher and Youth Rugby Coach based in the Scottish Highlands, with over 19 years’ experience supporting children, young people, and adults. My work-whether in schools, on the rugby field, or in the workplace-is rooted in connection, confidence and care.
Through face-to-face MHFA training, I help individuals and organisations build the skills to support mental health with empathy and clarity. I understand the unique challenges rural communities face and offer training that’s practical, relatable, and tailored to your team.
If you're looking to foster a mentally healthy culture where people feel safe, supported, and valued—I’m here to help you make that happen.
I grew up in Aberdeen and fell in love with the Cairngorms at a young age. As a teenager, I hiked the forests of Glen Tanar and scrambled up the crags of Lochnagar, discovering a deep sense of joy and freedom in the outdoors - a connection to nature that’s stayed with me ever since and continues to shape who I am and how I support my own wellbeing.
