Hi I’m Gavin and I know you want your team to feel supported, resilient and ready.

I am an accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor since 2022 and a Primary Teacher with 20 years of teaching experience in the Highlands.

My mission is to provide a training service that is grounded in evidence, empathy and long-term impact.

I know you want your team to feel supported, resilient and ready.

To make that happen, you need a mentally healthy workplace - one where people feel safe, seen and understood. That is my mission.
